-Small Size (A) : Diameter is between 40 mm and 50 mm.
-Medium Size (B): Diameter is between 50 mm and 60 mm.
-Large Size(C): Diameter is more than 60 mm.
Special varieties like the Dark or / and White Artichoke are also available for customers interested in developing products with unique colours, appetite and taste.
